Pinot Noir is a light red wine, which is soft, fruity and smooth, with hints of raspberry, strawberry, and plum. Less tannic than Cabernet Sauvignon, and therefore matures more quickly.
Pinot Noirs go well with pasta, roasted meet, cheese, and fish.
