Pinot Noir is a light red wine, which is soft, fruity and smooth, with hints of raspberry, strawberry, and plum. Less tannic than Cabernet Sauvignon, and therefore matures more quickly.
Pinot Noirs go well with pasta, roasted meet, cheese, and fish.

This wine will improve with age, but even within a week or two of finishing you will be delighted with the taste. Lay down a few bottles from each batch and you will be amazed at the improvement that the maturing process has on your wine.
