A dry fortified ‘Sherry’ style kit that makes a gallon of up to 18% wine in approximately 3 weeks.

Ingredients: Apple and Gooseberry concentrate, preservative (E220), Citric Acid, Pectolase, Kieselsol (liquid silicon dioxide), Chitosan, Wine yeast, Yeast Nutrient (diammonium phosphate), Wine concentrate flavourings for foodstuffs (restricted use), Wine preservatives E223 and E202. Raisins, Rye Grain (no preservatives).
