Another new addition to the very popular Cellar 7 range this new blush is based on the Pinot Grigio grape, but is caught at the very end of ripening when it turns a lovely shade of Salmon Pink, which produces a lovely crisp light coloured rose with floral hints of Strawberry and Cherry.
No additional sugar is needed, just add water to produce 27-30 bottles of wine in just 7 days.
