Elderflower Fizz has to be one of the countryside’s best kept secrets.
This is our six bottle Sparkling wine starter kit which will give you everything you need to make 6 bottles of gorgeous Elderflower Fizz from dried Elderflowers. After using the dried ingredients and come May each year, all the equipment and chemicals can then be re-used with fresh flowers to make either more fizz or 12 bottles of any kit or country wine.
We include a recipe leaflet for our tried and tested version of Elderflower Sparkling wine and recommend that you re-cycle, beg or borrow used sparkling wine bottles which is really the only way to store Elderflower Fizz. The kit includes 6 stoppers and cages to bottle your finished sparkling wine in style. A good tip is to ask your local pub or hotel to save bottles for you.
