Star San is a high foaming, acidic, anionic rinse for use in the food and beverage industry to sanitise or sterilise equipment and surfaces.
Use as a final rinse. Prepare a solution of 15ml Star San per 10L of water and immerse or spray items to be sterilised. Surfaces must remain wet for at least a minute and then allow to air dry.
If stored in a sealed condtainer, solution will remain effective for up to four weeks.
Contains phosphoric acid – keep contact with metal, rubber and plastic to a minimum.
Can cause skin burn and eye damage. Use protective gloves/clothing and work in a well ventilated area.
Keep out of reach of children.
