Product Description

This is a 40g tub of Pectolase.

Pectolase is a pectin destroying enzyme which is used when making fruit and vegetable wines to extract maximum juice and prevent pectin hazes in the finished wine.

Highly recommended to add to the start of fermentation – it’s far easier to destroy the pectin up front than it is to try and clear the wine of pectin post fermentation.

Use 1 teaspoon per gallon (4.5l).
