A traditional heavy Scottish Ale that produces a deep copper to brown coloured brew with a rich mouthfeel, malty flavors and aromas with a slightly higher alcohol content than an English bitter and a less hoppy flavour.

Requires 1.5kg of Brewing Sugar, plus a small amount for carbonation.
